LEADERSHIP
The Man Behind Greencity
Ashfak Choudhary founded Greencity India to fix something he kept seeing in the second-home market: buyers who fell in love with a location, then spent years untangling the paperwork behind it.
He studied Hotel Management and then Law, both at the University of Mumbai. The combination shapes how he works. Hospitality taught him what makes a place worth returning to. Law taught him what makes a title hold up. He has spent over a decade applying both across Karjat, Khopoli-Pali Road, Shahpur, Khardi, Manor and Dapoli, and stays involved in each project from the first land visit through to handover.
